My research interests lies in the areas of Software Engineering and Software Quality.
Profile
I am a PhD Candidate in Computer Science, University of Victoria. I am a student of SEGAL (Software Engineering Global interAction Laboratory), and am supervised by Professor Daniela Damian. I am currently working in a project which aims at improve change management on requirements engineering by investigating how team members in a software-development organization which contains distributed teams maintains awareness of what other team members are working on.
I hold both Graduate and Master degrees on Computer Science from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS), Porto Alegre, RS, Brazil. I am a former Assistant Professor in the Computer Science Department at the PUCRS University. In addition to my experience on research, I worked as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst at Dell Computers. I was involved in auditing projects and defining software processes. I also managed a project at Microsoft Brazil. The project goal was to define software processes for small organizations following CMMI Level 3 practices.
